Love Contacts uses the iPhone's Contacts database. Picture is imported when a contact is added to Love Contacts. You add picture to a contact using the Contacts app.
To get the newly added picture in Love Contacts, remove the contact entry from Love Contacts and add back the contact.
Love Contacts is designed for quick access to your contact, thus only one number is assigned to the quick dial button. You can however access the full contact detail by tapping on the contact name on top of the picture.
There is no free or lite version of Love Contacts.
